10:30 is a private, verified community designed to introduce people who are genuinely interested in marriage through short video conversations. We take the privacy of our members seriously.

Unless we clearly tell you otherwise and obtain any necessary permission, verification photographs and videos are not displayed to other members as profile content.

2.5 Video Conversation Information

10:30 facilitates short private video conversations between members. We may process technical information necessary to establish and operate a call, including participants, start/end time, duration, connection status, technical diagnostics, and whether the conversation occurred.

10:30 does not intend to routinely record the audio or video content of member conversations. Members are prohibited from recording conversations without the other participant's explicit consent.

2.6 Match and Interaction Information

  • Whether you participated in a scheduled 10:30
  • Members with whom you were introduced
  • Your private Yes/No decision
  • Whether mutual interest occurred
  • Chat connections created following mutual interest
  • Matching and participation history
  • Reports, blocks and safety actions

Your Yes/No decision is private and is not disclosed to the other member except to the extent necessary to indicate mutual interest.

2.7 Chat Information

When a mutual connection occurs, 10:30 may enable private messaging. We may process and store messages and associated metadata to provide messaging, maintain security, investigate reports, prevent abuse and comply with applicable law. Private does not mean content can never be accessed by 10:30 where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or operation of the Service.

2.8 Payment Information

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, amount, currency, date, payment method category, refund or dispute status, and billing details where required. We generally do not store complete card or bank credentials.

2.9 Reports and Safety Information

If you report another member, we may collect identities, reason, description, supporting evidence, relevant communications, investigation notes and actions taken. Certain safety records may be retained even after an account is closed when reasonably necessary.

4. Verification Information Is Not Your Public Profile

Your identity document, verification photograph and verification video are collected for verification and membership-review purposes. They are not made available for members to browse. We do not sell these materials and do not permit members to search or access another member's verification documents.

5. Aadhaar

If Aadhaar is offered as a verification method, its collection, verification, processing and retention will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law and UIDAI requirements. Aadhaar use will be for identity-verification purposes; appropriate notice and consent will be obtained; information will not be used for unrelated marketing; access will be restricted; and information will be retained only as permitted and reasonably necessary.

6. What Verification Means

"Verified" generally means that 10:30 or its verification provider has completed the verification steps applicable to that member at the relevant time. Verification is not a background check or endorsement and does not guarantee character, compatibility, marital status, criminal history, employment, education, income, family background, financial condition, accuracy of every statement, future behaviour or suitability for marriage.

7. Who We Share Information With

We may share personal data with service providers (hosting, verification, video, messaging, payments, communications, analytics, security, support and fraud prevention), other members only as necessary for the 10:30 experience or information you choose to share, and for legal and safety disclosures. Corporate transactions may involve transfers subject to applicable law.

8. We Do Not Sell Your Verification Information

We do not sell Aadhaar information, verification documents, verification photographs or verification videos.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety and dispute-resolution purposes. We aim to minimise retention of highly sensitive identity-verification materials.

10. Security
