Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 10:30, including shaadi.tenthirty.live, tenthirty.live, gujaratimatrimony.tenthirty.live, associated applications, video conversations, messaging, matching and related services (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is operated by Idyllic Software Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at 4 Marble Arch, Aundh, Ganeshkhind Road, Pune 411007 ("10:30", "we", "us", or "our"). By applying for membership, paying for membership, creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What 10:30 Is
10:30 is a private, verified community designed to facilitate introductions between individuals who are genuinely interested in marriage. At a scheduled 10:30 session, we may introduce two members through a short private video conversation. Following the conversation, each participant may privately indicate whether they would like to continue communicating. Where both participants express mutual interest, 10:30 may open a private chat or otherwise enable further communication.
10:30 facilitates introductions. We do not choose your spouse and we do not guarantee marriage, compatibility, chemistry, a successful relationship or any particular outcome.
2. Eligibility
To use 10:30, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally capable of entering into these Terms
- Be legally eligible to marry under laws applicable to you
- Be genuinely using the Service for marriage-related introductions
- Provide truthful information
- Complete required verification
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
- Not previously have been permanently removed from 10:30 unless we expressly permit your return
3. Applications Are Reviewed
Payment or submission of an application does not automatically entitle an applicant to membership unless expressly stated otherwise. Subject to applicable law, we may accept, reject, pause or request additional information concerning an application.
4. Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current and truthful information. You must not impersonate another person, misuse identity documents, misrepresent age or marital status, submit manipulated verification materials, create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, or mislead members about your identity or intentions.
5. Identity Verification
Applicants may be required to provide government-issued identity verification, Aadhaar-related verification where lawfully supported, photograph, short verification video and/or other verification information. "Verified" means only that the verification procedures designated by 10:30 were completed to our satisfaction at that time. Verification is not an endorsement, guarantee or comprehensive background check.
6. Membership Fee
Membership currently costs ₹4,999, unless another price is clearly displayed when you purchase. The membership fee covers verification, application processing and access to the 10:30 community and Service. The membership fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly offered by 10:30 in writing. Paying the membership fee does not guarantee acceptance of any particular match, a minimum number of matches, mutual interest, a relationship, engagement or marriage.
7. Conversation Packages
Video conversations are charged separately from membership. The price, number of conversations, validity period and any package-specific conditions will be displayed at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law, purchased packages are personal, not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to any validity or expiry terms disclosed when purchased.
8. What Counts as a Charged Conversation
As a general principle, if 10:30 cannot provide a scheduled connection and no conversation occurs, the member should not lose a conversation entitlement solely because no counterpart was available. Technical failures, member no-shows, late arrivals, cancellations and interrupted calls may be governed by additional operational rules displayed within the Service.
9. Matching Is Not Guaranteed
Matching depends on available members, participation, eligibility, location, timing, preferences where supported, matching history, community composition and operational considerations. There may be nights when we cannot introduce you to someone. Priority does not guarantee a match.
10. The Five-Minute Format
The standard 10:30 introduction may be designed as a short video conversation, commonly around five minutes. The purpose is to provide a brief opportunity for two people to decide whether they would like to communicate further.
11. Yes / No Decisions
After an introduction, each participant may privately indicate whether they would like to continue communicating. Your individual Yes/No selection is private. If both members express interest, 10:30 may inform both members of the mutual interest and open communication between them. If mutual interest does not occur, 10:30 generally does not disclose which participant selected No.
12. After a Mutual Yes
Where both members express interest, 10:30 may open a private chat or otherwise enable communication. From that point, members may voluntarily decide what information to exchange. 10:30 does not supervise or control the relationship that may develop.
13. Community Promise
Every member is expected to behave respectfully. You agree not to harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate unlawfully, stalk, misuse information, engage in fraud, solicit money, promote businesses, use 10:30 for recruitment or primarily for casual dating inconsistent with marriage intent, or interfere with the Service.
14. No Recording or Screenshots
Unless all affected participants have expressly agreed and applicable law permits it, you must not record video or audio conversations, take screenshots, screen-record conversations, publish private chats, or share another member's personal information. A violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.
15. Contact Outside 10:30
Do not attempt to identify, locate or contact another member outside 10:30 using information obtained through the Service unless that member has consented. A mutual Yes does not constitute consent to harassment or unwanted contact. Consent can be withdrawn.
16. Safety
Exercise reasonable judgment before meeting offline. Never send money merely because someone you met through 10:30 asks you to. If you feel unsafe, stop communicating and use available reporting mechanisms. For immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services.
17. Reporting Members
If a member behaves inappropriately or violates these Terms, you may report them. We may warn, restrict, pause matching, suspend, request further verification, permanently remove a member, preserve records, or report conduct to authorities where appropriate.
18. Our Right to Protect the Community
Subject to applicable law, we may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a member violated these Terms, poses a safety risk, engaged in fraud, harassed another person, manipulated verification, repeatedly failed to attend scheduled conversations, or is not using the Service for its intended purpose.
19. Removal and Fees
If an account is terminated because of misconduct or violation of these Terms, membership fees and unused conversation entitlements may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. No Guarantee of Compatibility
10:30 does not guarantee attraction, chemistry, compatibility, mutual interest, accuracy of impressions, relationship success, engagement or marriage. Our Service provides an opportunity to meet. The decision to continue belongs entirely to the members.
21. No Professional Advice
Information provided by 10:30 is not legal, financial, psychological, medical, relationship or matrimonial advice.
22. Member-to-Member Information
After a mutual connection, members may choose to exchange personal information. You decide what to share. 10:30 cannot control information after you voluntarily provide it to another person outside the Service.
23. Fraud and Financial Requests
10:30 must not be used to request loans, solicit investments, seek financial assistance, promote investment schemes, obtain banking credentials, commit identity fraud or conduct romance scams. Report suspicious financial requests immediately.
24. User Content
If the Service allows you to upload or submit content, you retain ownership subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the Service. You grant 10:30 a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, reproduce and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, perform verification, facilitate communications, maintain safety, investigate violations and comply with law.
25. Intellectual Property
10:30, tenthirty.live, related domains, our software, designs, branding, text, graphics and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Idyllic Software Pvt Ltd.
26. Automated Access and Scraping
You must not use bots, crawlers, scraping tools or automated scripts to collect member information, access the Service at scale, circumvent restrictions, build databases from Service data, reverse engineer matching mechanisms or interfere with Service operation.
27. Availability of the Service
We aim to keep 10:30 available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features.
28. Third-Party Services
10:30 may rely on third parties for payment processing, identity verification, communications, video infrastructure and other services. Their systems may be governed by additional terms and privacy practices.
29. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the 10:30 Privacy Policy.
30. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
31. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Idyllic Software Pvt Ltd and its officers, employees, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. 32. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Idyllic Software Pvt Ltd from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or content you unlawfully provide.
33. Refunds and Consumer Rights
The ₹4,999 membership fee is designated as non-refundable. Conversation-package refund, expiry and cancellation terms will be displayed at purchase. Nothing in these Terms overrides any mandatory refund, cancellation or consumer rights under applicable law. See our Refund Policy.
34. Account Closure
You may stop using 10:30 and request account closure. Account closure does not automatically require deletion of every record where retention is permitted or required for legal compliance, financial records, fraud prevention, safety, disputes or enforcement.
35–36. Changes
10:30 is a developing product. We may change matching methods, call durations, features, packages, pricing, membership criteria and community rules. We may update these Terms; the latest version will display the effective date.
37. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory laws applicable to the user. [LAWYER TO INSERT DISPUTE RESOLUTION / COURTS / ARBITRATION CLAUSE.]

39. General Terms
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable package terms and other policies expressly incorporated into them constitute the agreement governing your use of 10:30.
